COACHES:  Make sure your members are not on this list-  Click here  In order to your to receive your 2012 coaches gift, you must have 100% hotel info remitted on your roster.

2012 Discounted Pre-purchased Entry tickets can be purchased through your club after Feb. 15th, provided the club membership has 85% or more of its members who have entered their housing information into region database. View link above for your clubs status. 
Advance purchase Discounted tickets for weekend pass will be: 
$20 for adults
$10 for children (4-18) under 4 free. 
At the door is $25 adults and $15 for children
Daily ($9 adult, $6 child) and Senior tickets ($6 child)  can only be purchased at door.

It is the responsibility of the team/club to verify we have you registered in the correct tournament.  Check each tournament page (or search by team search options) after you register to verify you have entered correct tournament date and information.

 

Team Late Fee of $40 must be remitted for entries remitted within four weeks of tournament.

USAV ROSTERS REQUIRED:

Teams must print from webpoint and bring two copies of your team roster to each tournament.

What to do if you have to withdraw ( note DEADLINES)

To qualify for a refund, you must have an email from region confirming your withdrawal.

Less than 6 wks Teams who withdraw inside three weeks will forfeit their entry fee. [Contact region via email and must get response, if not - call]
Less than 4 wks Notification inside 4 weeks will result of forfeit of entry fee, plus $150 fine.  [Contact region and copy Host via email and must get response, if not - call]
Less than 3 weeks Teams must contact tournament host AND region by email AND phone – must talk to someone. Teams will forfeit entry fee, plus $200 fine.
Less than 2 weeks Teams must contact tournament host AND region via phone. Teams will forfeit entry fee, be fined $300 and be placed on probation.

PARENTS/COACHES:

Palmetto Region has a NO-TOLERANCE policy on screaming, yelling, or making any derogatory remarks to ANY official ( Up ref, down ref, or line judges). Keep in mind.. they are human.. and most of the time they are kids. Penalty is immediate dismissal from gym, no warning. Region teams may face sanction to participate in future tournaments. We would prefer a parent flip scores.
